I utilize evidence based practices to facilitate a collaborative process that helps clients identify and address thoughts, feelings, and unmet needs that keep them stuck in unwanted patterns.

I am comfortable working with people from all walks of life and backgrounds. I work primarily with adults who are experiencing difficulties with symptoms of anxiety and depression, life transitions, and adults struggling with problematic substance use. I also specialize in working with high accountability professionals.
